Johnson Jacobson Wilcox was established in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1995 by Gary Johnson, Kirk Jacobson and Chris Wilcox. Prior to forming the firm, Gary was the sole shareholder of the firm he originally founded with his father in 1981. Kirk and Chris were both partners in what was, at the time, the largest local accounting firm in Las Vegas.
